Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient position is available in Cornwall, New York. Candidates will be providing outpatient therapy services as part of a dedicated healthcare team. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Cornwall, New York
• Shift: Monday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; Wednesday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; Friday 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Hours: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; 2 years of experience; state license to practice in New York; EMR experience with EPIC; minimum of 0 years of experience
• Additional Information: Client reserves the right to call off a professional up to the equivalent of 36 hours during a 13-week assignment, with no penalty or need to pay for the shift. A 14-day notice is required to cancel the assignment.
