Physical Therapist Home Health in Millsboro, Delaware. This position involves providing home health therapy services with a focus on patient care and rehabilitation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Home Health
• Location: Millsboro, Delaware
• Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the possibility of one weekend per month if needed
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree or doctorate preferred; current license to practice in the state; BLS (AHA) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care; experience with electronic medical records system (EPIC)
• Additional Information: Unit type is Home Health Division. Shift call-off policy allows the client to call off a professional up to the equivalent of 36 hours during a 13-week assignment with no penalty. 14 days notice is required to cancel the assignment. Mileage is reimbursed at .72 cents per mile and is billable from the first stop to the last stop.
