Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care in West Springfield, Massachusetts. This position involves working daytime shifts, with a focus on providing quality outpatient therapy services. Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license in the state of Massachusetts, one year of outpatient therapy experience, and a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The selected candidate will need to complete documentation with the organization outside of the health care facility's clearance process before being cleared to start. The position may start with a compact license but requires obtaining a permanent license immediately. Credentialing and compliance requirements must be fulfilled prior to assignment start. Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
