This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on patient rehabilitation and recovery. Job Details
- Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
- Start Date: September 28, 2026
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid active license; minimum of 0 years of experience; credentialing requirements as specified; experience in setting; equipment provided during interview
- Additional Information:
- Candidates currently holding a permanent license must have a permanent license; no compact licenses accepted.
- For all supplier submissions questions, contact Dawn Alligood at .
- If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at the organization within the last year, they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
- If a candidate has previous work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year prior to submission, their name and DOB should be forwarded to Katrina for rehire eligibility advice.
- Staffing metrics include 32 gross weekly work hours for holiday weeks and a bill GWW of 40 hours, with pay GWW included.
- Billing cycle is weekly with a 30-day notice period.
- Parking and dress code will be provided during the first day of orientation.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
