Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Tuckerton, New Jersey. This position involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to promote effective recovery and return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day. The role offers a flexible schedule with approximately 40 hours per week, including 1-2 evenings until 7 PM.

Job Details:

• Location: Tuckerton, New Jersey
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, approximately 40 hours per week, with 1-2 evening shifts until 7 PM
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active state license in New Jersey; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the organization or prior experience with the organization is highly desired
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The position involves comprehensive patient evaluations, clinical reasoning for treatment planning, documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines, supervision and mentorship of students, and maintaining licensure in good standing. The therapist will participate in quality improvement initiatives and pursue ongoing professional development. The candidate must adhere to all safety protocols and clinical standards outlined by the organization.
