Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient care in Avondale, Arizona. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position entails working in a clinical setting with a focus on general orthopedics and neuro-related conditions.

Job Details:

• Location: Avondale, Arizona
• Specialty: Physical Therapy Outpatient (PT OP)
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license, 1 or more years of outpatient therapy experience, proficiency with NextGen electronic health record system, and ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patient visits per day
• Clinical Responsibilities: Assessments and evaluations including fall risk assessments and general orthopedic diagnoses such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Osteoarthritis, and others; managing neuro conditions like Parkinsons Disease and MS; providing non-surgical interventions and post-operative care as needed
• Additional Information: Visits per day: 10-12, with approximately 55 visits per week; a good mix of patients and diagnoses for a general orthopedic caseload; dress code: Business Casual
