Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Webster, Texas. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective physical therapy services. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Webster, TX
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; professional licensure in good standing
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for accurate and timely medical record documentation, goal setting, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry following clinic policies and procedures. Participates in student programs providing supervision and feedback, while continuously pursuing professional development through education and involvement in professional organizations. Adheres to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates a commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
