Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (Outpatient) located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is needed to provide outpatient physical therapy services. The position requires the candidate to have an active license and the ability to start on July 6, 2026. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.
