The outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position in San Francisco, California, involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting patient rehabilitation to promote functional independence. Job Details:
- Location: San Francisco, California
- Shift: Days (8 hours per shift)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Outpatient experience
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops goal-oriented treatment plans, documents clinical activities accurately, and participates in student training programs. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to all regulatory and safety standards. Applies organizational performance improvement initiatives and engages in ongoing professional development.
