Job Summary:
The Massachusetts-based Physical Therapist (Home Health) position offers an opportunity to provide skilled therapy services within a home health setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in accordance with physician orders. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts
• Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts; successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association; 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred; current CPR certification; familiarity with general computer operations including password management, internet, email, and navigation of programs; ability to self-manage online human resources services and training programs.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of physical therapy experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have reliable transportation and a current drivers license.
