Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (OP) for a position located in Fort Bragg, California. This outpatient role involves planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical functions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires a licensed Physical Therapist with relevant experience and certifications.
Job Details:
- Location: Fort Bragg, California
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; Physical Therapy licensure in California; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, obtained on or after January 2016
- Preferred Qualifications: Two years of Physical Therapy experience
- Additional Information: All required vaccinations must be received as a condition of employment and maintained annually; adventist Health participates in E-Verify, and applicants acknowledge understanding of E-Verify policies
- Clinical Responsibilities: Completing evaluations, establishing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, establishing care and discharge plans, and completing clinical documentation
