Job Summary
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist located in Atlanta, Georgia. This position involves performing interventional radiology procedures and assisting medical doctors in a hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology; Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty; at least 1 year of experience in diagnostic radiology; Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Preferred Qualifications: Training or experience in general vascular coronary angiography and special procedures; prior experience in catheterization
- Additional Information: The position involves performing IR procedures and assisting MDs with vascular specialties. Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record system is required.
