Job Summary:
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OT Assistant) Phoenix, Arizona. This inpatient position involves providing occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, in accordance with physician referrals, departmental policies, and regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Occupational Therapist Assistant Inpatient
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must have graduated from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), or equivalent. Must possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license from the State of practice. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Employees working for the organizations home care or skilled nursing facilities must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.
• Additional Information: Employees working for the organizations home care or skilled nursing facilities must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of employment. Does not allow for religious exemptions for COVID at the organization.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
