Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient in Taylorville, Illinois. This position involves providing outpatient occupational therapy services to adult patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. Candidates are required to bring their Illinois license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Taylorville, Illinois
• Position: OT Outpatient (Occupational Therapist Outpatient)
• Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) and Illinois license required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy required. No prior experience limitations noted.
• Schedule: 5x8 Day shifts (0800-1630)
• Float: Float within scope to meet facility needs is required for all travelers
• Additional Information:
  • Open to discussing schedule and time off requests with the manager.
  • Candidate must have active or pending Illinois license at time of submission.
  • Candidate must submit 2-3 interview times upon application.
  • SSN and DOB required at time of submittal.
  • Previous permanent or PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as a traveler.
  • Background check and compliance requirements (lab appointment, Docusign, badge photo) must be completed within one week of signing the contract.
  • Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required unless approved for medical or religious exemption.
