Job Summary:
Dietitian position located in Dallas, Texas, within a 90-bed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This role involves providing specialized nutritional care for neonatal patients and requires prior NICU and pediatric experience. The position is suitable for a registered and licensed dietitian seeking a day shift opportunity starting in September 2026.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Registered and licensed dietitian with at least 2 years of clinical experience, including NICU or pediatric care. Location requirement: Dallas, Texas.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NICU or pediatric nutritional procedures; ability to work as part of a team and adapt to unit policies.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum commitment of 40 hours weekly
- Additional Information: The unit is a 90-bed neonatal intensive care unit with staffing composed of full-time personnel, including a supervisor, and part-time staff. Patient ratios are approximately 1:15. The team values team players with a friendly personality fit. The unit operates with rotating weekends and on-call duties. Dress code includes scrub attire with red tops and black bottoms.
