Description

Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Dallas, Texas. This position involves working in a nuclear medicine unit with a focus on PET scans, HIDA procedures, GI Bleed assessments, and stress tests. Candidates must hold a valid Nuclear Medicine (NM) license and are required to bring their license on the first day. Suitable for outgoing professionals comfortable with high-acuity patients.

Job Details:

  • Location: Dallas, Texas
  • Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Certifications, Education, Degrees, and Experience: Valid Nuclear Medicine (NM) license and 0 years of experience required
  • Staff and Unit Information: Three staff members, day shift, three nuclear medicine technologists
  • Equipment: Phillips and GE electronic medical record (EMR) systems (Meditech)
  • Responsibilities include performing PET scans, HIDA, GI Bleed assessments, and stress tests.
  • Additional information: On-call duties are not required; unit policies and guidelines available upon request.
  • Dress Code: Scrubs in dark grey color.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
