Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position involves evaluating and treating outpatient patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring quality patient care within a 40-hour workweek. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active license for Colorado, CPR Certification, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately, and participating in student training programs. Maintains compliance with state practice acts and regulatory standards. Demonstrates professional growth through continuing education and professional development. Upholds safety standards and organizational core values related to patient and employee safety.
