Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) Littleton, Colorado. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for assigned patients, with an emphasis on functional recovery and community reintegration. The role requires providing comprehensive clinical care within established safety and quality standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Littleton, Colorado
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the State where work will be performed; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. Completes medical record documentation accurately and timely, and ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders. Participates in student programs and actively pursues professional development. Adheres to State Practice Act and regulatory agencies' standards, maintains licensure in good standing, and completes mandated continuing education. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality of care, and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
