Job Details:

• Location: Humble, Texas
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 0+ years of outpatient clinical experience; Texas state professional licensure in good standing
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment goals, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and ensuring care is provided under signed, valid physician orders within insurance parameters.
• Participates in student programs with appropriate supervision and promotes professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Adheres to the organizations performance improvement initiatives and maintains compliance with state practice acts and regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and ethical behavior in all aspects of job performance.
• Demonstrates clinical reasoning, functional assessment, goal writing, and quality indicator evaluations.
