Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Anna, Texas. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Location: Anna, Texas
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; professional licensure in good standing
Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops treatment plans, documents medical records accurately and timely, participates in student programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures compliance with State Practice Act and maintains licensure. Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
