Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-Ray procedures is needed in Morristown, New Jersey. This position involves performing advanced imaging techniques, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety within a 900-bed facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Morristown, New Jersey
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited radiography school; New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician; experience with General Electric (GE) imaging equipment; ability to work independently in an OR 900-bed facility; minimum experience of 18 months in the field
• Schedule: Evening shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 30 hours per week
• Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care; current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics; strong initiative, problem solving, and communication skills
• Additional Information: Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. Maintain all equipment for procedures, assess safety, and monitor patient comfort. Coordinate daily imaging procedures and monitor need for revisions.
