Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This position involves assessing and developing treatment plans for inpatient clients, supervising staff and students, and ensuring patient safety and quality care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to first shift; a minimum of 2 years of experience; previous inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The Occupational Therapist will plan, organize, develop, administer, direct, and supervise inpatient treatment programs in accordance with current standards, regulations, and guidelines. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, supervising staff and students, documentation, discharge planning, and promoting safety and quality improvement measures.
