Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an MRI Technologist in Garner, North Carolina. This healthcare provider position involves performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and effective communication with patients and radiologists. Candidates are required to bring their relevant license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Certifications/Education/Experience/Licenses: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Valid state drivers license as required. CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). ARRT (R) certification required, with ARRT (MR) preferred. Venipuncture certification required. A minimum of 1 year of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) experience in high-volume environments preferred. Technical proficiency with GE 1.5T or other vendor scanning equipment, and ability to operate advanced MR studies independently.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images, pre-screening patients for safety, communicating with patients and radiologists, training new technologists, troubleshooting equipment, and managing customer interactions independently. Local travel may be required.
