Job Summary
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Windsor, Connecticut. This contract role involves treating musculoskeletal injuries within a clinic setting. Candidates are required to bring their current license for the state where practicing. The position entails working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an expectation of at least 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Location: Windsor, Connecticut
• Required Qualifications: Valid license for the state where practicing; BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; 2 Years of experience practicing as a physical therapist; 1 Year of outpatient orthopedic experience; Current license for the state where practicing
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal injuries
  • Communicate treatment plans and evaluations effectively to medical teams
  • Report patient progress to in-house physicians and specialty surgeons such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons
  • Provide assistance to center colleagues in identifying issues
  • Skills include outpatient orthopedic experience and manual therapy techniques; highly desired experience includes treating 14-16 patients per day, practicing as a physical therapist, and treating sprains, strains, or fractures
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
