Job Summary:
Houston, Texas The organization is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join the Nuclear Medicine department. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using Siemens ECAM SPECT equipment and adhering to unit policies. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dedicated and professional environment, supporting patient care through advanced imaging procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), ARRT (N) certification, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Siemens ECAM SPECT systems, proficiency in drawing labs, and start IVs.
- Responsibilities include performing HIDA scans, stress tests, tumor localization, and other nuclear medicine procedures.
- Personnel should have an upbeat and friendly personality, and be a team player.
- Dress code: Hunter green scrubs.
- The role involves working some evenings and weekends, with potential on-call duties.
