Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist RRT position is located in Golden, Colorado. This role involves providing advanced-level respiratory care to patients, including diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, and management of cardiopulmonary deficiencies or abnormalities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) approved Respiratory Therapist program from an accredited institution
  • Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of practice (DORA license)
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in respiratory therapy
• Schedule:
  • Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information:
  • May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
  • May be required to be placed on-call during scheduled shifts
  • Acts as a resource, mentor, and collaborator within the department, contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
