Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist in Glendale, California. This position involves administering ionizing irradiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from department physicians. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

Location: Glendale, California
Schedule: Day Shift, 5 8's
Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree in radiological technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s); Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (AART-T); Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in radiologic technology; Master?s Degree; Fluoroscopy Permit from the state of practice, Department of Health Services; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
Additional Information: The position involves delivering prescribed radiation therapy, preparing treatment rooms and equipment, observing safety measures, maintaining treatment records, and supervising students as applicable. All required vaccinations must be completed as a condition of employment.
