Job Summary

Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient care is needed in Hugo, Colorado. This position involves providing therapy services at multiple facility settings within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits. Candidates are required to bring their licenses on the first day. The assignment is scheduled to start as soon as possible.

Job Details:

• Location: Hugo, Colorado
• Minimum Experience: 0 years
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Required Qualifications: Current physical therapy license, at least 0 years of experience, relevant certifications as applicable
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings; strong general experience including some post-operative cases, sports injuries, and geriatrics
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Manager interview and offer process; ASAP start date; all-inclusive bill rate; work involves multi-modality responsibilities including home health, outpatient, and acute care.
