Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in a healthcare facility within the state of Colorado. The role involves providing physical therapy services across multiple modalities, including home health, outpatient, and acute care settings. The position is suitable for a professional with general experience in post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics, with a preference for candidates experienced in both outpatient and inpatient environments. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/17/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, with shift hours of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, and outpatient experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics.
• Additional Information: The position involves working at multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits. Candidates should demonstrate strong general clinical skills and be prepared for a manager interview and offer. The start date is ASAP.
