Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) residing in Aurora, Colorado. The position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services at the facility, evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active/applicable license for the state of Colorado, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, and no prior experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Has previously completed an assignment with the agency or the facility, with a preference for previous experience with the healthcare provider; six months of outpatient experience is highly desired.
• Additional Information: The physical therapist will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, perform documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines, participate in student programs, pursue ongoing professional development, adhere to state and organizational standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
