Description

Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapist position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role requires candidates to have or obtain an active license for the state where the work will be performed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering outpatient therapy services on a six-month contract basis.

Job Details:

  • Additional Information: The assignment duration is expected to be six months, with evaluations including 60-minute initial assessments and follow-ups every 30 minutes. Candidates are expected to perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, complete accurate medical record documentation, and participate in a student training program. They should adhere to organizational policies, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the agency or organization, outpatient experience preferred.
