Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Monument, Colorado. The position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Monument, Colorado
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; Active/applicable license for the State of Colorado; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Has previously successfully completed an assignment with the organization or with the agency (highly desired)
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Completes thorough medical record documentation and participates in clinical education programs. Maintains licensure and adheres to professional and regulatory standards. Follows all clinic guidelines related to safety and personal appearance.
