Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant position located in Lake Wales, Florida. Candidates are expected to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services, assist in implementing treatment plans, and promote patient safety. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lake Wales, Florida
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CAPTE Certified; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Florida
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with a healthcare organization; experience with outpatient therapy
• Additional Information: Implements therapeutic interventions, trains patients in gait and assistive device use, monitors patient responses, and maintains documentation of progress. Ensures safety and infection control protocols are followed. Participates in team conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
