Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Dallas, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and participating in professional development activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Location: Dallas, Texas
Certifications: CPR Certification
Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
Experience: 0+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Minimum of 40 hours per week
Additional Information: Responsibilities include evaluating all assigned patients, using clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans, comprehensive medical record documentation, ensuring care is in accordance with signed, valid physician orders and insurance guidelines. Participation in student programs, maintaining professional licensure, and adherence to safety and organizational standards are also required. The position emphasizes safe patient handling, infection control, and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
