Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist located in Columbus, Indiana. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Columbus, Indiana
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification. Candidates must possess a valid state license in good standing and adhere to state and organizational guidelines.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops treatment plans with clinical reasoning, completes medical record documentation accurately and timely, and participates in student and professional development activities. Emphasizes safety, compliance, ethical conduct, and organizational core values, including patient and employee safety, quality standards, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
