Job Details

• Location: Glen, New Hampshire
• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; Maintains professional licensure in good standing; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; Location in the United States; Zero years of post-licensure experience required for the specific position
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for documentation, goal writing, and assessment of functional quality indicators. Participates in student programs and maintains professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional activities. Adheres to all state practice acts and maintains professional licensure. Demonstrates commitment to safety and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
