Job Summary:
General Sonographer / General Ultrasound Technologist position available in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This role involves providing professional and clinical care using ultrasound equipment, with an emphasis on technical expertise and patient management. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS); American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC/Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS); at least 5 years of sonographer experience; at least 1 travel contract completed; a valid drivers license; experience with Philips Epiq7 ultrasound machines, Change Healthcare PACS, and Trophon; current work history within the last 24 months; demonstrated proficiency in the discipline; and documentation of experience with ultrasound equipment.
• Schedule: Weekly schedule with orientation every Monday
• Additional Information: Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record system; charge/precept responsibilities at $6/hour; on-call pay at $9/hour; call back with 1.5x multiplier and minimum 2 hours; billable overtime after 40 hours per week, with OT billable after 48 hours; orientation scheduled weekly.
• Float: Float rotation may be required across local campuses within the same discipline.
• Submission Requirements: Professional reference/reference check from within the last 24 months, verifying performance within the discipline.
