Job Summary:
The employment opportunity is for a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care, located in Tawas City, Michigan. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient function, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options. Candidates are required to bring their licensed credential on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Tawas City, Michigan
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan/MI Physical Therapist License, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current Skills Checklist pertinent to physical therapy (valid within the last year), two supervisory reference forms completed within the past two years, and PT experience with outpatient and acute secondary care settings.
• Additional Information: The position involves delegating responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides, conducting patient assessments, designing and updating treatment plans, and providing patient education. Candidates must have outpatient and acute secondary experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
