Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Haskell, Texas. This role involves implementing therapy plans, instructing patients on activities of daily living, instructing on adaptive equipment use, monitoring patient progress, and providing support to patients and caregivers. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Haskell, Texas
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two years of Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) experience in long-term care setting, Texas (TX) or compact license, and Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) experience
• Preferred Qualifications: DOR experience
• Additional Information: Treatment implementation includes executing therapy plans, teaching ADL skills, instructing on adaptive equipment, recording detailed notes on patient progress, providing emotional support, and handling operational tasks such as preparing treatment areas and maintaining equipment.
