Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) located in Flower Mound, Texas. This position requires candidates to deliver outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting. Candidates must bring their active license on the first day of employment to ensure immediate eligibility.

Job Details:

• Location: Flower Mound, TX
• Shift: Days (Shift Time)
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid and active physical therapy license, at least 0 years of professional experience, and the ability to start on the specified date.
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates must complete documentation outside of the organizations clearance process before clearance by the organization.
  • Candidates working under a compact license must obtain a permanent license immediately; no compact licenses are accepted for the current assignment.
  • The equipment used during the interview will be provided.
  • Parking will be provided during the first day.
  • Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
  • The assignment start date is 06/29/2026, with a weekly billing cycle and a notice period of 30 days.
