Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) operating in Aurora, Colorado. This position involves evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on functional recovery and safe return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of employment. The role offers a 40-hour workweek with a shift time during the days.
Job Details:
- Location: Aurora, Colorado
- Schedule: Days, 40 hours per week, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the state of Colorado; CPR certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; zero years of experience (minimum).
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignment with the agency or organization are highly desired; existing experience with outpatient therapy is advantageous.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients, develops and implements treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directives, and completes medical record documentation accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to regulatory and organizational standards. Complies with safety protocols, performs comprehensive evaluations, and engages in continuous professional development.
