Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient care in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves working in various units within the facility, providing therapy services for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and occasional pediatric patient populations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Johnstown, Pennsylvania
- Specialty: Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP)
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: Days (Shift Time: 8 hours)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania license (or willing to obtain), education level according to practice acts, and no minimum experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma, stroke, medical treatments, amputations, brain injury, spine, ortho, surgical cases; good organizational skills; excellent communication skills; self-motivated; ability to work independently; adaptable/versatile; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR): EPIC.
- Additional Information: The role may involve floating only if the candidate feels comfortable but this is not an initial requirement. There is a work requirement of one weekend per month. No call requirement.
