Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Iowa license, physical therapist (PT) certification, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), with no minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position is at a facility with 37 beds, serving patients with diagnoses such as cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), brain injury, spinal stenosis, spinal cord injury (SCI), cardiac issues, and lower extremity (LE) amputations. Equipment used includes Solo Step and Lite Gait. The unit is on Cerner electronic health record system, and the shift may involve a weekend presence, with 2 weekend shifts per month. The patient ratio is 4 teams. The position was created to replace a permanent staff member with a target start date of June 29, 2026.
