Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) located in Morgantown, West Virginia. This position involves providing all aspects of respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients in a Level III or greater Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
• Schedule: Twelve (12) hour night shifts, with a weekend rotation and holidays as scheduled.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include American Heart Association (AHA) Verification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). A valid license is required, with willingness to wait if necessary. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) and/or Level III or greater Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with all aspects of respiratory care, including use of aerogen, Volara, cough assist, IPV, NAVA, Hamilton and Servo ventilators, airway management, and intrahospital transport.
• Additional Information: The role requires providing respiratory care across various hospital areas including floors, emergency department, and blood gas laboratory, with 3x12 hour night shifts per week, including weekend and holiday coverage.
• Float: Float rotation not required.
