Job Details

- Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist, BLS Certification, Certification in Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A), COVID-19 vaccination, minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient therapy, and familiarity with MEDITECH electronic medical record system.
