Description
Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist position in La Crosse, Wisconsin, specializing in radiation oncology. This role involves performing external beam treatments using Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators in a clinical setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40
- Minimum Experience: 0 years
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (RT) certification, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, Wisconsin state license, 3-5+ years of radiation therapy experience
- Desired Qualifications: Varian TrueBeam system experience, ARIA electronic charting experience, Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system experience preferred
- Additional Information:
- No float requirements.
- No on-call or back-up shifts required.
- No holiday or weekend rotation expectations.
- Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start.
- Contract length: 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
- Guaranteed hours per week: 40.
- Orientation week is not guaranteed.
- All external beam treatments performed.
