Description
Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technician in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting special procedures in the Interventional Radiology department, with a focus on neurovascular intervention and stroke care. Candidates must possess experience with general and neuro interventional radiology procedures and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Austin, Texas
- Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neurovascular intervention/stroke care and Siemens Bi-Plane equipment
- Additional Information: Downtown Austin location. No. of Positions: 2.
- Responsibilities: Support special procedures such as angiograms, embolizations, mechanical thrombectomy, and Kyphoplasty. Ensure adherence to unit policies and dress code (black pants with sage/olive green top or hospital-issued scrubs). Maintain friendly, flexible, and proactive communication with team members.
- Note: Candidates without the required experience with neuro and general interventional radiology will not be considered.
