Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Clinical (IR CL) technologist position in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves supporting angiography, stroke interventions, embolizations, and other vascular procedures in a hybrid operating room environment. The position requires adaptability between the hybrid room and traditional operating room settings, with a focus on neuro and vascular interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro procedures, stroke care, embolization, and coiling.

Job Details

Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: 08/10/2026
Required Qualifications: 1 year of clinical experience in interventional radiology or related vascular procedures, BLS certification, ARRT certification, Kentucky state license.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to support hybrid IR suite operations, experience with neuro and vascular embolizations, and familiarity with equipment such as Siemens Aris Icon Biplane, Cerner electronic medical record system, and Plum ICU Medical IV pumps.
Schedule: Support within the department includes flexible weekend rotation based on unit needs, on-call responsibilities as discussed in the second interview, and holiday coverage as required.
Additional Information: The position involves scrubbing, assisting, circulating, and equipment operation in a fast-paced IR environment. Orientation includes approximately two weeks of unit-specific training, depending on experience. Support staff includes receptionists, supervisors, and managers. The scrub color is provided, and parking is free with badge access.
