Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in Salinas, California. This position involves performing a variety of technical procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Cardiology. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role emphasizes independent judgment, technical proficiency, and patient care across diverse age groups.

Job Details:

• Location: Salinas, California
• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with some on-call
• Minimum of one (1) year Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience required.
• Epic Experience required: Minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months within the past year.
• Education: Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program or a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) program.
• Certifications & Licensure: CRT and Fluoroscopy, ARRT registration with CI credentials, RCIS, RCES credentials from CCI, or CEPS certification from IBHRE, and BLS.
• Skills: Cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology procedures, diagnostic fluoroscopic angiography, coronary and peripheral interventions, patient care and monitoring, equipment maintenance, supply management, CPR, sterile technique, contrast media handling, and Epic experience.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the unit.
