Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP)
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active/applicable license for the state of Texas; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and outpatient therapy programs.
• Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and document in compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies. They will participate in professional development activities, adhere to all safety protocols, and support organizational performance improvement initiatives. The role involves participation in student programs and developing individualized professional development plans.
