Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in San Francisco, California. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: San Francisco, California
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
- Preferred Qualifications: None listed
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans, and performs accurate and timely documentation. Participates in student supervision, professional development, and performance improvement initiatives. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates clinical reasoning, patient evaluation skills, and adherence to safety and organizational policies.
